Riser Replacement & Repair

Vertical stacks carry domestic water, sanitary and storm through every floor. When they corrode, the impact is building-wide. We renew them in stages so most units stay in service.

  • Sectional & full-stack copper / cast-iron renewal
  • Floor-by-floor isolation & phased scheduling
  • Resident notice coordination with management

Mechanical Room Service

The heart of the building's water system. We service the pumps, assemblies and heaters that keep pressure and supply consistent from the lobby to the penthouse.

  • Booster pumps, PRV stations & expansion systems
  • Commercial water heaters & recirculation
  • Preventive maintenance contracts available

Drain Cleaning & CCTV

Blocked stacks in a tower are rarely simple. We clear, descale and inspect — then hand you footage and a condition report so the board can plan ahead.

  • High-pressure hydro-flushing & stack descaling
  • CCTV camera inspection of mains & laterals
  • Written condition reports with recommendations

// Common questions

Good to know.

A few things property managers and condo boards ask before the first visit.

Do you work in occupied buildings?+

Almost always. We plan around occupancy — isolating individual stacks so the majority of units keep water service while we work.

Can you schedule after-hours work?+

Yes. Evening and weekend windows are common for shut-down-sensitive work, coordinated with your property manager and resident notices.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Fully. Licensed journeyperson plumbers, comprehensive liability insurance and WSIB coverage on every site — certificates on request.

Do you provide documentation for the board?+

Every job closes with photos, test results and as-built notes formatted for board records and reserve-fund planning.
